Our Story
Welcome to Trinity Rehab and Wellness, where compassion fuels healing and hope is rekindled at the end. We are a registered multidisciplinary healthcare facility with FSRA, WSIB & Other regulatory authorities with registered healthcare providers such as; Physiotherapists, Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist, Naturopath & Podiatrist. We also provide services in relation to Custom made orthotics, custom made orthopedic braces, out of shelf orthopedic braces & supports, compression stockings, TENS unit and other medical and assistive devices and aids.
Trinity Rehab & Wellness features state of the art 2200Sq ft facility, equipped with all advance modalities, equipments, gadgets and furnished exercise gym area. We are ideally located in the heart of Etobicoke, ON, very near to major highways, makes it reachable in minutes from anywhere in GTA, functioning 7 days a week, easily accessible location with handicap parking, ramp & amp, doors.
We have been providing services to the community since 2019 and entertaining patients with injuries and impairments, we are providing direct billing to all Extended healthcare insurances, (MVA) Motor vehicle accident insurances and (WSIB) Workplace Insurance of Ontario. Unfortunately, we do not take OHIP or ODSP Patients, patients with no extended healthcare insurances required to pay for the services in full out of pocket unless they meet the criteria for promotional discounts.
Our multidisciplinary setting within one roof allows our patients to recover quickly and achieve their goals and a healthy lifestyle even faster. Our staff is highly skilled, compassionate, and devoted to our patients. Because of the multilingual and multicultural makeup of our staff, we can effectively interact with and accommodate every patient who enters our facility.
Our focus is on prevention and treatment of patient’s injuries in a caring and compassionate environment. Every patient is seen by a highly dedicated healthcare professional, and the services are tailored to their individual needs through personalized treatment plans.

I’m Muhammad Ali Khan, founder of Trinity Rehab & Wellness having nearly 22 years of experience in the field of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Sciences, I’m dedicated to blending expert care with innovative approaches to rehabilitation by using all of my experience.
I have developed a team of professional on behalf of their unmatchable skills and unique approach to deal with musculo-skeletal challenges of our patients. Our goal is to provide personalized, effective treatments that help to achieve best possible health and fitness goals to Etobicoke Community.
